Chess Tournament Winners, Joseph Vele and Naheem Gross

The PHS Book Fair at Barnes & Noble on Dec. 1 &2 featured a Chess Tournament on each day in the Barnes & Noble Cafe.  The tournament required two losses for a player to be disqualified.  On the first day, Joseph Vele won all his matches to win that day’s tournament.  On the second day, Naheem Gross won the tournament.  Both winners received a $25 gift certificate to Barnes & Noble.
