May 19, 2011
Dear Colleagues, Today was a bitter sweet day for the boys varsity tennis team. We did compete today in Wappingers Falls against John Jay Cross River High School, however, we came up short. The loss was bitter but it was great to make it as far as we did. I have been coaching boys and girls tennis off and on for ten years. We have never gone as far as we did today. I am very proud of our student/athletes and what they have been able to accomplish this year. Our boys have set the tone for next year and beyond. We return five of seven players that will know what it is like to get to the next level. I truly appreciate the love and support you have given us through your emails and encouragement in the building. Know this, it will get better and I am very excited about that…….your should be too. Thank you for your patience and taking the time to read this note, Sincerely,
Coach Jackson and The Boys Varsity Tennis Team Spring 2011
