Spring Sports Physical

Attention all Spring Athletes: The Spring sports physicals will be held on Tuesday, February 23rd. In order to be eligible for a Spring sports physical, you must turn in a completed sports packet to Nurse Adams no later than February 12th. Sports packets are available in the nurse’s office. There is a 30 student limit for physicals, so please submit your packet early to be sure of a spot. If you are unsure if you need a physical, please stop by the nurse’s office during lunch.
