Mercury Interviews Mark Mountain, JV Girls Basketball Coach

1. What is happening with your team at this time?
   Mark Mountain: Right now the girls are performing fairly well. I think they are starting to grasp some of the important aspects of playing good team basketball.
   
2. How are they performing at competitions?
   Mark Mountain: The girls have performed well as of late as we have won our last game versus a good Haldane team.
   
3. Who has achieved special accomplishments?
   Mark Mountain: Two of our girls made the Honor Roll and the Credit Roll respectively at PMS. (Shaina Iton and Shayla Magette).  I’m not sure about our High School players, but I know that they usually perform well academically.
   
4. Are there any particular philosophies you pass on to the team?
   Mark Mountain: Yes, Teamwork. Understanding how to work together in order to achieve a common goal.
