Woodwind, Jazz, & Beatles Bands add Spirit to Book Fair

Melodies from three different high school bands filled Barnes & Noble on Wednesday evening, December 2nd, adding lively spirit to the PHS Book Fair.  The Woodwind Ensemble (video), Beatles Cover Band (video1, video2), and Jazz Band (video1, video2, video3) played to an enthusiastic crowd of parents, teachers, principals, and community members.  Cameras snapped throughout the group and solo performances, while music teacher, John Hahn, directed from the sidelines and added the exciting sounds of his own trombone to some of the musical selections.  Band members, dressed in professional black and white, found it a good warm up to the winter concert to be held on Monday, December 14th, 7:30pm at the Paramount.  But to the audience in the book store, it was an enjoyable evening, filling them with good cheer.
