		<title>Peekskill High School Commencement Exercises 2010</title>
		<description><![CDATA[Graduation began at 2pm under the tent on the Parade Field. Family and friends were already assembled, and as the band played Pomp and  Circumstance, the staff and students  marched in. The 2010 graduation class consisted of  166  students. 		<description><![CDATA[Teachers, Support Personnel, Administrators, Board of Education Members, Common Council Members, and of course, Superintendent Judith Johnson all donned robes and participated in Sunday&#8217;s Commencement procession. It was bittersweet for some  retiring staff members, especially  Principal Burruano, for whom 2010 will be his last graduating class.

		<description><![CDATA[Last night the annual Senior Awards Ceremony was held at The Paramount Theater. What a night it was! In front of an audience  filled with parents, staff, friends, and family, dozens of seniors received awards, certificates, medals, and MONEY!! 		<title>Brickhouse Jumps 6&#8242;6&#8243;!</title>
		<description><![CDATA[We knew Daquan Brickhouse could jump high to make a basket.  What we didn&#8217;t know is that he could do the high jump in a track meet!  Daquan cleared 6&#8242;6&#8243; to win the Section 1 NYS qualifier meet at Arlington HS on May 28th, 2010.  Way to go Daquan!
